this is to bring into notice that one of your distributor of indane oil gas, M/S Netaji gas agency, nedumangadu is violating the general code of conduct in the distribution of LPG. the firm is in all forms acting against the common rule of business. a sum of rupees 2 is levied on the customer as "phone charges" per booking. despite of this they are not at all supplying the gas as per schedule. the delivery is always pending ,and as and when they wish. in addition to this the behaviour from their part when enquires are made over the telephone is adverse. especially when the womens are calling to know about the delay of the gas. so i request you to take this matter seriuosly into your notice and take evasive action against such rude behaviour from the part of the firm.

sir, i have booked my gos on 26/10/10. on that day they told that he will book on 3/11/10 and the gas will be supplied on 18/11/10. yet today i have not recevied gas when i contact netaji gas agency, he has given me a mobile no. [protected] and that person told to contact [protected]. when i asked about delivery, he told that giving only additional Rs. 2 on delivery gas. if you will give Rs.10 then only i will delivery told by gas delivery man. i want to know in which rules it is coming to give Rs 10 additional? has you given power to rush with consumer. every time we are facing the problem on delivery time.
