My consumer no. is 14375. I have gas connection from Maa Durga Gas Agency (C/o, Sayeed Commercial Complex),Shop No. B - 7 Murgasol , Asansol
I booked for Gas on 14/12/09 and today it is 05/01/10 and still i have not yet received it.
When i booked it was told that i will receive it in 3-4 days but now when I inquire about it they say that they don't when they will deliver it.
And to my great surprise they are giving it in black but not in general rates.
They do not supplied gas even after a month after booking.
It's surprised having seen these type of services.

Sir, I would like bring in your kind notice that I am your very old consumer and having connection no. 25357 with M/s. Sahaj Enterprises, Govindpuri, New Delhi-110019. Yesterday (11th August 2010) when I connected my newly received filled cylinder to the Gas Burner, I smelt the gas leakage from my Cylinder, on that I immediately alerted your service help line but it is very regretted no one was picking the phone I tried not only once but ten to fifteen times continuously and also with the gap of every two to five minutes. When I finally failed to contact them I phoned to my dealer i.e M/s. Sahaj Enterprise, they received my call after three/four attempts and consoled me they would send the man but after wasting precious two hours, neither they picked up the phone nor they sent any person to attend this emergency call.
After that I contacted your Field Officer of South zone, Mr. Dinesh Malik on his phone ( No. [protected]) I explained him that your help line is not taking call and the dealer is also not entertaining me seriously, instead of taking this issue on priority basis, first of all, he rebuked us so aggressively and told me clear-cutly, how did you get my phone and it is not my business to attend you or instruct the dealer to attend your call. After requesting him continually he gave us the cell no. of owner of the M/s Sahaj Enterprises and I again reminded him about my earlier lodged complaint then after one hour he sent the man.
It is very astonishing to note that how can your Field Officer, particularly Mr. Dinesh Malik, of the esteemed organization talk to the customers so misbehavely and negligently. You may also note that this is not the first time whenever I approached him regarding the delay of cylinder delivery he did not take the matter seriously and this time he crossed all limits by rebuking us so badly. You can imagine what can happen if the cylinder gets burst and my family could have blown up, then who takes the responsibility of that major mishappening. It is really very absurd to note that those who are having the having the basic sense to attend the customers patiently, are holding the prestigious position of FIELD OFFIER and these officers have been appointed by your Indane Oil Corporation Limited.
I would request you that you may please take this matter on priority basis and do the needful so in future we may or the general public not have face this type of problem.
