Indane Gas — No home delivery facility, no booking of gas on telephone

Sir, I am a consumer of Indane Gas and my dealer is Rai Gas agency, Manisha Market Sahapura, Bhopal. I have to undergo hardship as no gas cylinder is delivered at my home and I have to travel 8 kms for it. Even no discount is being offered to me as per rules. Also telephonic booking is not being accepted which is causing further hardship. Please look into the matter and help in resolving the matter at the earliest. Dear Sir My Registraion no 2544 , MAHABIR GAS AGENCY SARAIDHELA, DHANBAD.AFTER ONE MONTH OF BOOKING THERE IS NO DELIVERY. ARTIFICIAL CRISIS MADE BY THE SUPPLIERS ALSO SCARCITY OF MANPOWER FOR HOME DELEIVERY.
