Indane Gas — Delay in supplying Refill of gas

I had booked Indane Gas Refill with your Gas Agecy on 13,1,2010 but the said aagency ha not supplied me the refill till date although more than 9 days have passed. Pl. help me in getting the refill immediately. The particulars of booking are given as under ;
