Very poor service of Ranjan Gas Service, Sector 26,Noida
Dear Sir
I, Ranjeet Singh Kathait customer of Indane Gas through Ranjan Gas Service, Noida ,since last 14 years. The service of the above Gas Agency is becoming very poor, for getting the refilled cylinder at home is a very difficult task.
Most of the time I don’t get refilled cylinder at home delivery so I have to bound to collect from the agency/Go down. The representatives of the said agency are not able to interact with customer in proper manner /behaviour. Since last few days I have been chasing with them to deliver the refilled cylinder at my door step, but could not get it delivered because they assumed themselves that we are not available at home (without visiting our door step). Everyday we are waiting for the refilled cylinder delivery at our door step and starting next day for calling them for the status. When we call them for delivery status they start a new booking for us and canceling the previous one putting the reason “not available at home”. We have been Indane customer since last 14 years and getting the delivery at our door step without failure. How can they cancel any booking without intimation to a customer??
I request your intervention in this matter urgently.
