I have taken gas connection in 2001 from sukhdham gas service C-8 shoppinng centre lawrance road new delhi. At that time only one cylinder was provided to me. Thereafter I requested a lot of time to provide second cylinder but every time I received only one answer that no facility is available at present and contact in next month.I am facing very problem with only one cylinder when at the time of cooking , gas vacant in the cylinder. Please look into the matter.My Connection No is A-13669

hi, I have been your customer for more than 5 years. My dealer is M/s. Kalpana Indane Gas Agency, Bangalore. I had booked the gas on 22-01-09 but I have received the refilled cylinder today i.e 5th of February, 2009. This is not an isoloated case but a frequent one

The booking of the gas through the phone is almost non existant because the phone will always give the message this line is busy. Also I tried to contact the telephone when the phone was not busy while I was in the premises of the dealer, then i got the same message. I asked the staff but there was not satisfactory response from them.

Also, I had booked for the second cylinder connection. It has been nearly 2years since i applied for the same, but always get a negative reply about the same. They are telling Indane has stopped giving the second cylinder.

I would appreciate your gesture in solving my difficulties

I am resident of Kerala, Kottayam(Dist), Kaduthuruthy. I applied for a second gas cylinder in 2005 to Devi gas agencies. But so far they haven't provided it. Kindly do the needful.

Indane Gas — not deliver filled gas and DBC

I am having Indane gas connection of last 4 year at Rainbow gas services, Faridabad, Haryana. My cust. no-20038. I had booked for cylinder of last 9 days ago but still i am waiting for the same. The phone is not responding at all. I have not got DBC(Double bottle cylinder) even i requesting it for so many times. I am hopeless. Please take a step for the solution.
