Indane Gas Co. — delay of gas distribution

I am subrata kumar chaki,i also customer of indane gas co.. my customers code 59120158,i am from raiganj at uttar dinajpur in west bengal.our agency"s name M/S LAL BEHARI ENTERPRISES,Last i got my gas on 10/10/2011, but in time of durgapuja we suffer most due to lack of gas,
because before 10/102011 i got the gas on 29/08/2011 and which booked on 26/07/2011 next booking on11/09/2011 and got the gas on 10/10/2011.
I REQUEST SEVERREL TIME TO GET A GAS BEFORE PUJA BUT FAIL,I AM STAFF OF STATE BANK OF INDIA, WE SUFFER MOST DURING THE PUJA TIME,NOE THEY SAYS AFTER 21 DAYS GAS MAY BOOK,

PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT IS RULLS AND REGULATION ABOUT YOUR GAS DISTRIBUTION AND PLEASE TAKE NESSESSARY ACTION
