Indane Gas — Dealer never pick up the phone for booking the gas
Dear Sir/Madam,I have been constantly trying this Anupama Gas agency, Survey no. 54, Secunderabad Ph. no. 27746526, 27741193 for last 3 days for just booking a refil.
These fellows never pick up the phone when it rings onther wise they keep the receiver off for hours.
I have complaint this issue to the sales office Vanaja at [protected] several times but still the same attitude towards customers.
Kindly take strict action against this dealership and the sales officer.

I am a consumer of Pannchkula Gas service, Sco 144 FF, Sector 17, Panchkula.You keep trying phone to this service, they will never pick up. Most of the time it will be engaged and even if the Phone is ringing they will not pick up.

These fellows never pick up the phone when it rings onther wise they keep the receiver off for hours.

I also have same experience with sree rama gas agency, Ramamurthy nagar, Bangalore. I have been constantly trying this agency Ph. no. 41144620, 25660620, 41144619, 25656398, 25654553, 25654560 for last 3 days for just booking a refill. every time it will be engaged??????????

Dear Sir,I Naresh Kumar Verma(journalist) All India Press Council, New Delhi. i am living at WA-25, Krishna Mandir Marg, Gurudwarewali Gali, Shakarpur, delhi-92. My ConsUMER n0.17568 with Ms.Avery Gas Agency, Ramesh Park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-92.
i am soory to inform you that agncy does not pick the phone every time Nos are busy or bell to be continuse goes there. incase after long time register the booking, then get the time for delivery 7 to 10 days.
pls do the needfull as soon as possible.

Revathy Indane gas agency which has three landline numbers they are as follows,

Call them anytime, anyday you get the same message which says, " The subscriber you have called is busy, please try after sometime". I am trying hardly for the past few days but I get the same reply. I kindly request the complaint cell to look into the matter and take some serious actions against happenings like this which gives no respect or importance to customers.

Indane Gas — not picking up the phone as well as delay in delivery of gas
my customer account no. is VC 6117 & i, ve this connection since 1990.I've been facing this problem for the last 1 year...whenever i call indane gas office in nangloi[protected] nobody picks up the phone but when i go to that office they say we are so busy that we can not pick up the phone...although i find the two concerned ladies gossiping with each other without paying attention to the customers...& 2nd thing is they take so long to deliver the gas the always say because of short supply it is not being delivered i am sure they sell gas in black ... i hereby request the concerned authority/officer to look into the matter in person...
