[Resolved] Indane Gas Cylinder — Half of cylinder filled with water

I am an Indane gas consumer. last month I booked gas and I received cylinder after 15 days. Normally we use one cylinder for 45 days. But this time after 20 days gas finished. When noticed, the cylinder is not empty it is half filled, but with water only. I heard similar complaints from many people who never complained about it. i am an Indane gas consumer. the cylinder finishedin 20 days. When noticed, the cylinder is not empty it contained water only. on reporting the matter the cylinder was changed and money taken for the amount of gas utilised but without any receipt.
