Indane Gas Cylinder — don't receive my refill cylinder

my self R .kumar opp of govt hospital sikandrabad road ram nagar gulaothi bulandshahar i have a connection of gas cylinder of indan gas service i book it on date[protected] at tomo gas service when i go to distributor the directly say that they dont gave cylinder to me and absue me i feel it kindly gave me right suggestion i am very disappointed
