Poor service!

Complaint Rating:
Bharat Gas claims to give instant new connections to its customers, but its dealer in New Kondly in Delhi is not providing the new connection and falsely stating the company is not giving new connection and to try for it in the next month.Its now three months regularly i am following up with them but no results yet.

Further they are forcing the customers to buy the gas stove from them, which they are charging with heavy premium as compared to the market rates.

I applied for new connection of bharat gas connection at 10 month ago ( july 2009) but not supported to me by deler in indore, my application acsepted by compony. plz help me

i want a indane lpg gas cylinder new connection. regarding this how much i have to pay to gas agecies

they are telling for a new connection with single cylinder and compulsory purchase a gas stove with them


now i want customer care phone regarding this matter.
