[Resolved]  Indane Gas — CYLINDER NOT DELIVERED

Sir,

I am consumer of Indane Gas through the agency Reshmi Gas Agency, Thrippunithura, kerala. My consumer number is 30224. I booked for a cylinder on July first week 2008. They informed us to give it within two weeks. However now it is August 8. Till they have not delivered the cylinder after repeated calls the Agency. We are now depending on the hotel food for most of the time.

Please give me a solution,

My name is Boobalan, My father(K. Ranganathan) has an Indane gas connection in Ajitha gas agency and his Consumer ID is 12227.

He had booked gas in person on[protected] with the agency and yet Cylinder has not been delivered to us even today dated[protected].

There is not proper response from the agency as we asked in the phone then we had to go the agency in person once again and found that there was number of people standing in the agency with similar complaint. Each and every time the agency had just informed that cylinder will be delivered tomorrow, but days had passed and no cylinder has been delivered to us yet.

We suspect that our cylinder has been sold in black as we ourselves see a particular line man Mr. Naagur of the said agency is selling cylinder in black for the tea shops and tiffin centers and those who does not have gas connections.

Hence forth to know what happened please investigate or send the booking & delivery report of our gas connection(from[protected] to[protected] my e-mail address if possible, we could be able to complain the matter to higher authorities if any fraud has been done with our gas cylinder.

i booked gass no 36163 but no delivery till now 25-7-09.

Last month( mar -30/2010), I had booked a cyllinder with M/S DN Gas Agency,Thirukattupalli, Thanjavur. My consumer number is 03335. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me and no proper response via phone. I request you to please look into the issue.

I have booked the cylinder aound 20 day back(10th of Jan 2011). Till not i have not the cylinder. When I enquired after 2 weeks, they told me that it was delivered on Jan 17th. I said no. When supply boy was called for this, he disconnect the phone. I really suspect, they are selling this one in the black market. Can you please take it forward.

I have sent a consignment (Original Bills) from Pune-Delhi Doc No.[protected] on 22nd Jan 2011.
Sorry to say the packet has not been delivered till date and after following with your local office at Pune, they said the packet has been delivered.Pl. Send us POD as early as possible. So, I can check it at our end.

Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me and not answered any perfect reason for this delayment. I request you to please consider this issue and resolve this matter from your end .Waiting for your swift response asap.

Last month, I had booked a cylinder by IVRS system dated (08/07/2011), after one week i received cash memo no-4244. My consumer number is 17552. i wait for it till 20 days, but when cylinder not delivered, now i again booked through IVRS system dated (30/07/2011) and received cash memo no-142, and my distributor Mr. Rakesh, his behavior is not so good about customer service.......... so please do something....

I have booked for a gas cylinder on 09/07/2011 through the new telephonic automatic booking system with Swarnanirmal Gas Service 81 A MOTILAL NEHRU ROAD NEAR PRIYA CINEMA HALL with REFERANCE NUMBER 209331. My consumer number is 2963. Today being 03/08/2011, yet the gas has not been delivered till date. On enquiring about the status, the booking stands delivered on 21/07. But on my phone converstaion with the agency they decline to deliver the gas and insisting me on a fesh booking instead as they say the earlier booking stands cancelled.

Consumer Number :44963. We booked the cylinder on October 18, 2011 and the booking number is 302787. Our agency name : Subham Gas agency, Manali, Chennai[protected]. The Cylinder was not delivered till date. Not only this time but every month they are delivering the cylinder late by 1 week to 10 days. Most of the families are affected due to this problem in our area. Kindly look into this matter and take necessary action on the gas agency mentioned above. Do the needful as soon as possible.

Gas Cylinder was booked online on 23rd of October 2011, I received a SMS on 25.11.2011 from the number 544112 & the Message was - Dear Indane Customer cylinder has been delivered against your refil booking number - 303714 with cash memo number - 8785.

But Still Cylinder not delivered, Today my wife gone to Gas link Agencies & asked about the cylinder, why it was not still delivered, the responsible person & the owner said that it has delivered on 21.11.2011.

Without delivering the cylinder to the customer, they are trying to sale the cylinder to some other person,

Kindly take the necessary action & do the needful

Dear Sir/Madam I am the customer of Indane Oil. My Consumer No. is 10245. I have booked my cylinder on[protected] but I have yet not received my gas. I have called so many time to the gas agency centre but no responce is given by them. My Gas Agency Distributor is Chandrakala Indane. The Cylinder is regularly delayed by them. I request to you take a hard action against them.

sai enterprises — failure of order delivery

i had placed a order of 6 turbo ventillator fans around 2 months back and gave an advance of Rs.10000. i was promised by this company that it will be delivered in 7 days. the company head Mr.Emone Roy has been dodging my calls and very unresponsive. i need to cancel the order and get my money back.

My consumer number is 34173. This is happened with me second time Sai Sewa Enterprises never delivered the Cylinder at my home. When I went for a complaint there. They told me that it will be deliver next day, but still I have not receive my cylinder. Please take an action against the distributor and their cylinder delivery boys. Because their delivery boys selling the cylinder somewhere else rather then deliver it to the customer.
I have took my connection in 8th Feb 2013 and this is my second cylinder. I am very disappointed with Sai Sewa Enterprises services. Kindly advice me should I surrender my connection or what I have to do. They are black marketing the cylinders meant for house hold use to shop keepers. IOC PLEASE OPEN YOUR EYES.
