[Resolved]  Indane Gas — DBC

I HAVE APPLIED FOR DBC ON 30 JUN 06 FROM SIVA SAI INDANE SERVICE, MALKAPURAM, VISAKHAPATANAM. I HAVE`NT GOT THE SECOND CYCLINDER. I USED TO ENQUIRE REGARDING THE DBC. BUT WHEN EVER I VISIT THE AGENCY I COULD NOT MET THE MANAGER.THEN I APPROACHED THE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE THEY ARE TELLING THAT NO CYCLINDERS ARE AVAILABLE WITH THEM.MORE THAN ONE YEAR FOR A SECOND CYCLINDER IS TOO MUCH. IN THE INSTRUCTION BEHIND THE DBC SLIP IT IS WRITTEN THAT WHEN EVER A CHNGE IN ADDRESS INFORM THE DEALER. SINCE I HAVE CHANGED MY RESIDENCE I INFORMED THEM . BUT THE DEALER IS TELLING THAT THEY DONT HAVE THE DBC BOOKING BOOK WITH THEM. I REQUEST YOU FOR A SOLUTION SINCE MY DEALER AND CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT HELPPING AND TO AVOID BLACK MARKETTING OF MY APPLIED CYCLINDER

my consumer no is 9548, my dealer name is siva indane service, malkapuram, visakhaptanam. i had applied for dbc on 30 apr 07.still i have`nt got the gas connection

My complaint, this gas agency is not providing me DBC connection since 1.5 years
Always they are saying come with us after fifteen days i have visited many times thay refused to give me the connection. I want to know why ????
when i have every documents for the DBC
They are creating a problem I want to ask one question YOUR COMPANY DID NOT SOLD A SINGAL DBC CONNECTION TO THE CUSTOMER PAST 1.5 YEARS...

Indane Gas(IOCL) — not received Gas cylinder(16047)

Dear sir,
I haven't received filled gas cylinder ,even after 14 days of booking,.My consumer no: is 16047. My Gas agent is Prem Gas Hari nagar.,

so please do needful.

complain made by jothis seems to be correct ias im too has suffered to similar problem i am also running for more then tow years for DBCwith my i.o.c gas agency in godda (jharkhand)

sir ,I had applied for dbc connection before two months.i still have not got the dbc connection .please solve my problem.my connection no. is 2066.
