[Resolved]  Indane Gas / Dealer Hardev Gas Agency Jalandhar Cantt. — leakage of gas from cylinder/improper services

sir/madam ,gas cylinder was leaking. gas was everywhere in house and hospital. gas agency informed. nobody came to help. i am regular customer of hardev gas agency jalandhar cantt. we were told by the manager that he has no help in form of boys who distribute cylinder. he attended phone after several calls. then we contacted the owner who was annoyed why we rang her and disturbed her.In the evening a man came from the agency and said that cylinder is leaking and has to be changed. it will be changed in the morning and till then he will tie some plastic bag. seeing the irresponsible behaviour of herdev agency and its representative we were shocked. now i have kept the leaking cylinder onroof and waiting for the morning. why not the indane company should fix the responsibility of service provider. why not the dealership shud be cancelled for such irresponsible behaviorof hardev gas agency.
