mostly we have received delivery in time, but now this time it is too late
pls ensure that how we get information or remind you on phone to refer our booking no.

see every month the booking will be taken 27 th and supply will be 10 th of next month after few month
the booking will ne taken 4th of next month and the supply will be 14 how can we afford family
this is unfair with the consumer who is depentent on Gas cooking please take the action get the gas
immediatly after booking

I am a customer of your esteemed concern residing at Pondicherry. WE have our membership at “SHRI RAJIV GANDHI GAS AGENCIES (Indane distributor) Phone[protected]”, Pondicherry. WE have registered for gas delivery Order No: 3758, dated: 24/01/2011. But still I have not able to get your esteemed service till date. In many course if we try to contact the distributor over phone, it is usually not picked up and even found to be switched off. The important note is that they are just delivering the cylinder through sub dealers, so it is doubtful that they are selling the cylinder in black instead of delivering the cylinder to the costumer at registered date. We are also been sent back to home many times even we go to the distributor’s office directly for the purchase of cylinder. So I would take this opportunity to take this serious matter to your concern

I want to bring it to your kind attention thatI am a customer of Indane gas. My name is KUSUM MAHESHWARI and customer id is 16376. My Address is Plot No.1038 nanda colony jain complex Ilichipu loni Gazizbad. My indane gas distributor is SAHID OM PRAKASAH GAS AGENCY, PAWI, Loni, Dist - Ghaziabad. 25 days have gone and I am yet to receive my cyllinder. After repeated requests and reminders the distributor is not paying attention to my problem that is getting severe. His numbers[protected] are always busy. Please take note of the matter and help me getting me my cyllinder.

Complain already lodged but not yet received any response .Pl look into the matter otherwise I shall have no other option but to lodge complain to the higher authority. One month is over till booking. Consumer No.-PT2194 Name: Kalyan Kumar Goswami. Distributor's Name: The Pioneer Gas Service. It is the regular feature. One to one and half month is the usual time taken to distribute the gas. Pl remember it is not the benovalence or mercy on your part. I am a consumer since last 25 years.

I have booked for the gas on[protected] through the 24 hour gas service. My consumer no.12205 from Giridhar
agencies, residency road, Bangalore 560008. But till now I have not received any supply. This agency has got
2 telephone numbers. One number is always engaged, I have been trying to contact them from the past 5 days but unable to get them on line and the other number is not being attended. I do not know the reason. It is miserable. We are put into a lot of inconvenience without the gas cylinder. The 20 digit no. given by my old agency (shirdi sai indane distributors, domlur, bangalore) is [protected]. Kindly look into the matter and also let us know about their
phone defect.

I make on refill gas booking on 17.09.2014. consumer No, 64404 Dealer name: Karuna gas agency, Nagpur. online booking no, [protected]. Till date i have not received refill gas. Please take action & solve my problem immediately.
