[Resolved] Indane Gas Distributor (Shobha Gas Agency, Chennai) — Delay in supply of gas cylinders

Respected Sir,

SIR, Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with Shoba Gas Service, new Tank street ,Nungambakkam(near valluvar kottam) chennai, on Nov 23, 2010. Till date, the same is not delivered to me,even last month we din't receive the cylinder in time at last we went to the agency with the empty cylinder to collect the booked (full) cylinder. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, they make fake promises and also used filthy language against me. They say that we have to book the cylinder after 21 days from the day of delivery of previous one and we need wait another 20 to 25 more days ,so we need to wait for around 45 days for getting full cylinder .So i kindly I request you to please look into the issue.

17/02/2011: We have also suffered the same problem. A gas person called Johnson his mobule number [protected], had come to home and he dint give us the slip on 23rd of Jan and dint even come back to give the gas. He dint attend our calls also. We tried calling the agency there are also the people are talking so rudely and harshly. Its not the way to treat customers. Till now more than 25 days have been over and we still dint get gas. We tried calling today also and they are promising which are nothing but just lies. This is the second time happening with us. Please take action as we have to complaint to Higher officials.
