Dear Sir,
I am a customer of Saradhi Enterprises, North Parur. My
customer I D is 7694. I had booked the gas last some one month back.
But on enquiry at the Agency Office they told that it will be supplied soon. On enquiry to the delivery man one Mr. Vinod he told that the delay caused due to the " Cut in the on line booking"? .The person at the counter did not give the booking number. When I asked why she did not give me the booking number she told me I should have asked for it. I was not satisfied with her reply. When I called today to enquire about when I booked last since I do not remember the date, she also told me that the booking was seen made on 22.6.2010 . But I did not either call or book yesterday since I had already made the booking. This is the third time I am booking over phone since the delivery man does not deliver the gas in time who has been delivering directly upto then.
I therefore request your goodself to please take necessary action to get the gas in time . I am holding two cylinders and the cylinder now being used is about to exhaust completely at any time. Mr. Vinod has taken away the empty cylinder I had kept at the delivery place which is my brother's house.

i am an coustomer of rajamin Gas agencie of indian oil at girdhirnagar ahmedabad gujarat, but staff have no maner to tall to coustomer firt they there booking cyclinder in 21day but know tealling that 31day will now be count for booking cycliner so come after that date so company have to take some action for it
