[Resolved]  Indane Gas — GAS CYLINDER NOT SUPPLIED

Sir/Madam,

I am Indane gas consumer. My consumer no. is A12213. The Indane gas agency is Nicolian Enterprises, Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi-110015.Ibooked gas cylinder at Nicolian Enterprises by visiting them personally. More than fifteen days have passed but they have not delivered cylinder in spite of repeated reminders.

Please do the needful.

I AM WRITING ON BEHALF OF MY PARENTS, THEY BOOK INDANE GAS CONSUMER NO. 13338 ,THROUGH MOBILE AND GOT VOUCHER CREATION SMS ON 15.3.12 WITH CASH MEMO NO.9337,WITH NOTE THAT CYLINDER WILL BE DELIVERED SHORTLY.AFTER REPEATED CALLING TO THE GAS AGENCY AND EVEN VISIT TO THE SHOP.GAS WAS NO DELIVERED TILL DATE(21.3.12). THEIR AGENCY NAME IS "BARRACKPORE GAS SERVICE"[protected] GO DOWN NO.[protected]
I AM WORRIED AS MY PARENTS ARE AGED AND STAY IN WEST BENGAL AND I STAY IN MUMBAI.

Distributors are making illegal business by not delivering the cylinder to exact person instead they are selling the cylinders to others at high price...all this nuisance creates lots of problem to the general public.They are really helpless and don't know where to complain for this illegal activities.Serious steps must me taken immediately against the Unique Gas Service 95(151/1), Barasat Road, P.O.
