I,Mrs. Tarak Bala Ghosh aged 60 had taken a Indane Gas connection under consumer no. SG 10143. I had taken this gas connection(double-cylinder facility) from Consumers' society, Court Compound, Burdwan, W.B.(phone no.[protected]. I live in Municipal area and within 1.5 KM from our Dealers' point. We book for new gas cylinder usually but the cylinder is not delivered in schedule course of time. We contact over phone after 30 days of booking but they do not bother us. They run this system since 3 years.
Presently I book a Gas cylinder on 25.01.2012. But till today cylinder is not delivered. I made phone calls 4 times. Not only that ,I physically came to Dealers' office twice and met the concerned porson in office and requested him to deliver my cylinder as I came to know that they are giving cylinders after breaking my serial no. When I request them to let me know that when I will get my cylinder, then they do not give my any specified answer. Being a SENIOR CITIZEN and a accute diabetic patient, it is very difficult for me to go to office relularly to your office. This type of behaviour is converting me in to 'mental patient.' I am feeling insecure . My constitutional fundamental right'Right to live' is now at a stake.
