[Resolved]  Indane Gas — NON DELIVERY OF CYLINDER

I have booked a Gas cylinder on 17 Nov 09 from Anand Gas Service, Jalna but till today I have not received the delivery of cylinder. What is the actual waiting time for a cylinder? I dont know how much I have to suffer. My consumer No. is 8064. It is Indiane Gas.

My customer no. is 217645 . I have booked my cylinder a no. of times on 25 nov,4 dec, 9 dec and 10 dec 2009. I have also visited Mathura gas agency ,Dampier Nagar ,MTR 4 times. But since today Ihave not got my gas cylinder because of which I am facing a lot of problems in my daily routine. This problem has become use to to me every month.

actually i am applied for transfer my gas connection from chittapur gas agency i.e Guru Gas Agency Dist Gulbarga TO Mysore Manjunath Gas T.K.layout 09/12/2009 but till today no reply from them . when ask to Manjunath gas Agency they are telling that we not yet receive any letter from guru gas agency .my prevoius gas No 9657.

Late Delivery of Cylinder

I am Consumer of Sri Datta Gas Agency, MVP Colony (My Consumer No.10848).
Before I have only one cylinder but due to problem with delivery of cylinder i took second cylinder on last month only. We all are working persons. In October i face the problem of cooking food due to no supply of Gas. i ask the official person that we are facing the problem . They advise me to take Second Cylinder. After getting my Second Cylinder also i am facing the same problem of non deliverying the cylinder. I booked Cylinder on 29th Dec 2009 today is 27th Jan 2010, I am yet to receive the Cylinder. The delivery boys are not deliverying the gas and they selling to others and informing in the office that the door was locked and nobody was there. I make phone call to Gas office at least 20 to 25 times from last week but the people are not responding me and teling me that they will send the tomorrow and tomorrow. And today again i call to gas office they told me the boy has taken the cylinder and u can contact him and they give me the mobile no. When i contact the delivery boy he giving reckless answer and telling i could not find out your house address and i return back it. But i explain him my address clearly. Second time when i try to call him he is giving careless answer " i dont know so many people are calling me to whom i will respond". Then i told him that i will give complaint in office, the boy replied carelesly and telling "go and give complaint to whomever u like". Whenever we phoned them
they are telling some reason that no stock, from there they have deliver,
their lorry repair, delivery man is not available... And we also booking the gas once in 2 months only. Every time this is the problem. Kindly i request you to look after this type of nonsens in the gas office and please solve our problem....

Please help us in this regard.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I booked for supply of a domestic gas Cylinder with M/S Kasna Indane Gas Service nearly 15 days ago. When contacted the agency the authorities they promise for supply of the Gas in a day or two but no body delivers the cylinder. Also they are not permitting to deliver the cylinder through cash - and - carry scheme.My connection number with the agency is 23295. please do the needful.

I have booked a cylinder 2 weeks ago and was told that my cylinder will be delivered in 4-5 days. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not yet received my cylinder. I have 2 cylinders and both are empty and I am unable to book 2 as the rule is that we can only book a cylinder 20days after booking of 1 cylinder. This has been a great inconvience to us and the agency is very complacent in our complaints. This is a regular feature with Indane Gas supply in this area. I would appreciate if this matter be looked into with high importance and a quick resolution be found.

i have a INDANE GAS connection whose service is provided by MODERN GAS AGENCY,TANSEN NAGAR, GWALIOR(M.P),My gas conection no.is 28549 .i booked my cylinder on date[protected] but i dont have take my cylinder,i had call in modern gas agency Second time for reminder on date[protected] but he told that they provide me after two days but no cylender recived . Then iagain call him after 2 days then they told we have not reciving our stock from company and till date[protected] i recived no cylender from there.
Please consider my complaint and try to give reach my cylinder to me in two days.

we wish to inform you that, we are resident of LIG-58, Navajeevanvihar, Vindhyanagar, Singrauli, (M.P), and I user of Bharatgas Waidhan Dealer, but my connection transfer to Indian gas agency M/s. Harihar Indian vindhyanagar on 06/10/200 our consumer No.3300, Subscription voucher No.[protected],dt.06/10/10 I am deposited Rs.1250/- (for one cylinder) on 06/10/10 But till date (08/10/10 time 7.30Pm) not delivered above cylinder. (Delar stock position 50 cylinder on 06/10/10.)

we request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful action please if possible.

Even after 35 days from date of booking (Booking No 345 dated 04.10.2010), we have not received the refilled gas cylinder (consumer no 18238 and SV NO 353314) from Shilma gas services, Parappanangadi, Malappuram, Kerala.
Since Iam a retired Gevernment Employee and my son is an physically handicapped, I request you to take immediate steps for giving us the filled gas cylinder at the earliest.

I booked my gas cylinder through Indane gas computerized service on 8th December.Today is 15th December am yet to receive delivery.Popular Chemist my gas dealer does not take calls and if I call their delivery guy some Kartar Singh says I am coming but then does not turn up.

R/Sir, I complain you for poor responce of Sandeep Gas Agency, 13, Samikha Town, Kanchghar, Jabalpur. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously for 15-20 days,... telephone nos 2628335 & 2622735 at morning hrs not responding, it shows always busy because the cradle of the phone is placed wrongly intentionally. My consumer no. is SGA / 340 and I booked my for gas cyl. on 02/02/2011, fifteen days already passed but cylinder has not been delivered. Office executive who attend the phone & Hackers says that their is heavy shortage of gas in these days although we noticed frequently that they issue cylinders in black to hotel owners and to whom who pay him extra cost. This is a complaint regarding the gas agency called punia agency in sec 32 Chandigarh . I have been repeatedly asking for a gas cylinder but no avail.yesterday before my house I saw thier drivers supplying cylinder but they are more than happy to give the cylinder in black only..the agency has been putting us off saying it will be delivered

I have booked Indane gas (Consumer number -11303)through online facility on July 21st 2011 but till today i have not received it. I am helpless neither local agency is helping us and we dont know where to go. Appreciate your help as to whom to contact to get this job done.

Dear Sir,
As per ur regulation a person can not book the cylinder before 20 days
of delivery. due to certain reason it is not always possible to book the gas on 21 day. I have booked the cylinder withACME GAS AGENCY G/F 2 Sona park Complex, nr Rambaug, Makarpura Baroda against consumer no 30775 on 09 sept 2011 but till date (23 Sept 2011) no supply is made.
