Indane Gas — DBC Connection

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a new connection from Bhakat Gas Agencies, Joshi Bhawan, Opp. Rishikul Ayurvedic College, Haridwar vide connection no. 1753821. I want to get another new cylinder (i.e. DBC on this connection), When I contact to the office, person told to me that bring connection paper & they will issue a new cylinder.

Sir, I searched the paper in our house, but unfortunately the paper was missed, when I told this situation to the Bhakat Gas Agency person, he (less hair person) not behave us good & misguide us that the new cylinder can not be issued I asked to the person, please issue us duplicate paper, because it may be happen, but he not give me the satisfactory reply.

What should we do.

i the applicant NIRMALA DEVI have missed my gas connection paper some where, it all by falt and when i gone to the distributer he refused me for the further future support, plese kindly help me about these prospects.
