[Resolved]  Indane Gas Indian Oil — Gas distributor never attend telephone calls for booking of gas and gas booked through IVRS not reached

I am a customer of M/S Vasantkung Gas Service New Delhi for Indane Gas but last 2/3 month we are facing problem to booked my GAS consumer no-17401 every time telephone never picked or it is intentionally put on hold,after that i have booked GAS through IVRS again GAS not supplied,to day i have booked through IVRS my serial no is 2 dated 04/12/2009 please make the arrangements to deliver my GAS and take actions to the dealer
