I am a Yadu (Indane) Gas Service, Sahibabad consumer (55296) for last three years. What I have experienced during these days that these guys are veiled dictators, in a way. They really do not give a damn to consumers' problems. They do not know how to behave and simply do not care to answer a phone call, no matter how many hours and days you keep trying.
During the last week (April 5-14), I tried at least 100 times to get a gas booked. Believe me, at least on 50 ocassions their phones ranged, but no one even bothered to pick up the phone. Worse, after every one or two sucessive ringing of the phone, I noticed they just put the receiver down, so that it was busy. But again after sometime (say, 10 minutes), when I called and the phone was ringing, no one was picking up the phone.
There is widespread knowing in this area (Indirapuram, Vaishali, Vasundhara) that these guys do not deliver gas in full and their gas cylinders weigh lesser than what is proper. Despite all this their monopoly continues just beause consumers do not have choices. From local administration to the Indian Oil Corporation, who has provided these rascals franchise to sell gas, every one is doing their duty -- DOING NOTHING. Was this information helpful? |
