This is to inform you that I , Manish Duggal have the Gas Connection of Indane Gas Service under Consumer No. BGS-20477 with the Bolina Gas services Jalandhar (Punjab). I had booked for refill my cylinder in the month of march in the above mentions distributors office. But after waiting for 10 days when my wife enquire the same by visited their place. they confirmed that it would be delivered within two days. but after waiting for a week when we hadn't received it , I personally visited their place and shocked to know that the Cylinder is delivered to me. i told them that i had n't recived it. then they told me for this you have to bring your customer card after checking if we found the cylinder is not delivered to you . then we will provide you the same. but i told them that you send your delivery boy if he found my statement correct then he would provide me cylinder because this is my third visit to get the services and every time i have to take half day leave from my office so why i should bear the harrasment for your negligence . then they said this is your concern not mine. but if you are not able to bring customer card then whenever we will get time we will send the cylinder. but all invain. again after waiting for five days i visited their place with the customer card and after checking the same they told that you will get the cylinder today. but after waiting for three days when i haven't recieved the same i visited again and when i have shown some aggression for kind of services they are providing. then the in charge of distribution centre did the drama by phoneing the delivery man that i ordered you thrice to deliver the cylinder but you hadn't did thesame so now within two hours deliver the cylinder and report me. after which we got the cylinder on that day.
further ,I want to bring this to your kind notice that this is their regular practice by harrasing the consumer in below mentioned manners:
a) Never pick up phone as it is always engaged.(for refilling we have to go personally at their place)
b) Never Weigh the cylinder by delivery man.(as they claim that we dont have the equipment. if you want to weigh your cylinder then go to the distribution office.
c) Specially in winters this is a regular practice after booking the refill when consumer didn't get the cylinder they have very simple excuse it is n't booked with us. we can book it now and you will get when your turn will come.(because they never provide you any acknowledgement against your booking).
d) Thier treatment with consumers is very shabby as they are doing charity/favour by providing the LPG.
i hope that you will look up the matter and check their supply and delivery so that in future consumer shouldn't be harassed by them.

Indane Gas (LPG ) — Poor Service & Negligence
I am a house-wife. I have seen a Gas Leakage problem since 14.04.2010 night after replacing new cylinder of LPG in my kitchen. I am trying to contact the given numbers by the agency but i can't because one number is switched off and another is diverted to such a number which is not responded.If any accident occurs, who will be responsible?
