sir/madam I am Rambir Sharma consumer no 27003 with Janta gas services panipat jatal road panipat haryana. i have booked gas for home delivery on 10 jan 12 upto 18 jan 12, I have not received my gas cylinder when my used cylinder got empty i approached janta gas agency (Miss khurana) she misbehaved with me when i requested her that madam i am a defence officer please talk to me in polite language then also her behavior was not tolerable after long process she asked her staff to cut a slip so that i can take cylinder by hand from godown of the same value Rs 400/- when I asked the person looking after the godown that you are charging more he told slip is cut of Rs 400/- so i will charge Rs 400/- only and i have given him Rs 400/ which is of home delivery but i have collected the cylinder from godown in the same value .My slip number is 3393 dated 18 Jan 2012.
beside that miss khurana has insulted a defence officer which is me saying that you can go any where you spoil anything to me. which is very sad.
if such arrogant people will run the public institute then how a normal person will survive on this earth.
Therefore it is humble request you ask the defaulter gas agency to pay compensation of extra charges & a written apology from miss khurana for misbehaving with an Air Force Officer. Was this information helpful? |
