MORE SERIOUSLY, WE WERE GIVEN A LEAKING CYLINDER AT 2.00 PM TODAY.ON PROTESTING, THE PERSON ASSURED US THAT THE SMELL WAS NOT LEAKAGE,AND WILL GO OFF SHORTLY.
AFTER AN HOUR,WE STARTED CALLING THE OFFICE FROM 3.00 PMTO COMPLAIN,BUT THE PHONE WAS ANSWERD ONLY BY 5.30 PM.
SERVICE MAN FINALLY SHOWS UP AT 6.45PM AND FIDDLES AROUND WITH THE CYLINDER.LEAKAGE DOESN'T STOP, SO HE SAYS HE'LL BE BACK THE NEXT DAY TO TAKE CARE OF IT.WHEN WE PROTEST THAT WE DONT WANT A LEAKING CYLINDER IN OUR HOUSE FOR 24 HRS,HE SAYS CARTING CYLINDERS IS NOT A PART OF HIS JOB PROFILE.WHEN WE ASK FOR THE CYLINDER TO BE TAKEN AWAY, WE ARE TOLD THAT ALL PERSONNEL HAS LEFT FOR THE DAY.
THE SERVICE MAN IS ARGUMENTATIVE,RUDE AND TOTALLY REFUSES ANY SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY.
MEANWHILE, ON CALLING THE CENTRE, IT'S NO REPLY AS USUAL.tHE SERVICE MAN REFUSES TO GIVE ATERNATE MOBILE/EMERGENCY NUMBERS, OR CONTACT OF ANY PERSON IN AUTHORITY,BUT STEPS OUT OF MY HOUSE TO PROMPTY MAKE CALLS THROUGH HIS MOBILE-REPORTING THE INCIDENT.SURPRISINGLY, HIS CALL IS TAKEN AT THE CENTRE, BUT STILL NO REPLY TO OUR CALLS.
THIS CENTRE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A POOR SEVICE PROVIDER,BUT THIS APATHY TO EMERGENCIES LIKE LEAKAGE IS SHOCKING!!! Was this information helpful? |
