Indane Gas — Gas going to market for Black

Kailash Gas Service of Madhupur, District Deoghar, Jharkhand having height of non compliance of the service for which is alotted.
Instead of consumer service he is serving the the shops & hotels from where he earn extra money.
You can find domestic Gas cylinder every where at refilling shops & hotels, where customer is waiting for gas months on months.
He is unable to provide gas even on the festival (Eid).
My gas was booked on 14-7-11 and I have delivary on 7-9-11 after so many complaints.
Can any of the authority help the people of Madhupur ?
