Indane Gas — Delivery after 10 days since booking with underweight cylinder

Address: North East Delhi, Delhi

I have tried to file a complaint on IOCL but after filling complaint form, on submitting there is no update whether complaint registered or not??
apart from this there is no concern person whom a customer can contact for complaint.
pls advice where I have to file complaint regarding such non delivery on time as well as for underweight cylinders.
