[Resolved]  Indane Gas — Cash Memo

P L Gas Agency are our authorized distributors of domestic cooking gas. Normally they take over three weeks to supply the cylinder after the booking has been made.The point I wish to highlight is their cash memo bears the date on which the booking has been made and not the delivery date which it should rightfully and legally bear. The cash memo indicates that the booking and the delivery date is one and the same. This leaves a lot of scope for malpractice. Their principals, M/s Indian Oil Corporation should look into this serious matter and take necessary steps against P L Gas Agency.

about cash-memo — about cash-memo

dear sir/mam I would like to inform you,that many reputed shopkeepers does not give the cash-memo,so as to save their sales tax .So i kindly request you,to take some strict steps toward this...

Sir, On 15th March'19 I booked for my cylinder and the next day morning the same has been delivered without collecting cash from me as I was not available and we were informed that he will come and collect the payment in an hour. I have waited for him till 3.00 p.m. but he didn't turn up so I made the payment through online with the confirmation received : " Payment for invoice NO.18836783 and payment reference No.[protected]". But by evening around 5.00 p.m. the delivery boy came and collected the same amount in cash saying that it pertains to a different cash memo. When I approached the gas agency immediately, I was informed that the bill for the online payment which I have made shall be returned by the agency once the invoice is generated. I am regularly visiting the agency about the status for the last 2 weeks but getting only negative response. This is my first time I tried for online payment but had a very bad experience. Kindly let me know the status for my payment whether I can get back the refund or another cylinder to be delivered.

Also for the cash payment of the gas cylinder delivered on 16th March'19, my subsidy amount has not yet been credited to my account.

Please do the needful on the above matters at the earliest and advise how to approach further.

Dear Indane customer, This is confirmation receipt for your online payment of Rs 734, against Order no.[protected] for consumer no. [protected]. The distributor came with the cylinder and was demanding ₹150 extra. When I refused to pay he left without giving the cylinder.
When I tried to all the distribution agency Vijay gas Chennai both their numbers were not working.

Trying to reach out Indane on [protected] in vain. Do not know how to proceed further
Please check cash memo. I already pay online for my indane gas refill but the distributor collect amount of 649at the time of i am outside from my home please check.Cons No [protected]
