[Resolved] Indane Gas M / S Rashmi Gas Agency Mankapur Nagpur — non acceptance of gas cylinder booking

Rashmi Gas Agency(indane gas) has two telephone Nos[protected] & 8594867
whenever a call is made to above Number, telephone is not picked.

today on 17 April 2010, I called the above No. & was asked consumer No. which I gave over phone & the phone was disconnected at 10.23 AM. I again called the repeated my consumer No. but no waiting No. was given to me. Again 3rd time I had to call and reply was that my request is noted. I wanted waiting No. & then I was told that last cylinder delivered to me was on 21st March & hence it cannot be booked before one month.

Now a days the gas agency is taking 8-10 days to deliver gas after booking. This means that you have wait for 40 days from the date of last booking.

THIS WAITING PERIOD FROM LAST BOOKING IS SELF DEFINED BY THE AGENCIES WHERE AS MINISTRY HAS CLARIFED THERE IS NO SHORTAGE OF LPG

i have booked for gas refill at 9th march. till i did not received the cylinder and whenever i tried to contact Rashmi gas agency office all telephone nos are not available. Last refilled I received at Jan 15th but delivery boy entered the passbook 2nd jan. Very poor in distribution.

Kindly refer my letter dt 21/04/2014 regarding removal of "Suspended" status of above referred consumer no. It is very much regretted that till the date you have not informed me regarding activation of the subject connection, neither on my mobile no. nor on my e-mail address. I had already submitted all required documents alongwith the above referred letter. You are requested to kindly do the needful immediately and inform me accordingly.

Also, I have booked refill on 16/05/2014, and waiting no. for that is 115 given by you, till the date you have not supplied the refilled cylinder. Kindly supply the refilled cylinder immediately.
