I am Ranjith.S.R S/O Late P.N.Rajan The customer gas number is 34264 and it is in the name of my father Late.P.N.Rajan. After my fathers death my family was shifted to kerala before 4 years back and the gas connection got cancelled as we were not using it. We relocated back to bangalore and want to renew the gas connection and as well as need a Transfer certificate to KodigeHalli Branch, Bangalore.2) I and my mother approached Mohan Gas Services on Sep1st for the renewal and TC of the gas connection and as per the suggestion from the manager submitted all the xerox documents( Death certificate of my Father, Mother's ID Proof , gas related documents ) on Sep 2nd to the employee. 3)As per the employee suggestion told us to come back after 15 days. We came on Sep29th , after checking it , i found that no action was taken by Mohan gas employees. 4) The employee gave us a letter to be submitted to Main IOC Office.(J.C Road).5) My mother submitted the letter to one of the main staff on Sep 30th and the staff gave us a duplicate form saying that to make an affidavit and submit the affidavit to Mohan Gas Service, B.E.L.Road and also told that the renewal will be done in 15 days time. 6)My mother submitted the affidavit with all necessary documents to Mohan Gas Services. 7) Again we reurned back on Nov 25th and found that no action was taken. Then the staff gave back the affidavit and the documnts and told me to submit it to the main Office. Kindly request you take an action and do the needful please. Was this information helpful? |
