hello

this is rakesh jangir from teh-neem ka thana dist- sikar (rajasthan). i am complating against indane gas. the whole detail is that i have 14 member in my joint family and we have onely single connection we cant mannage it before proper time the cylender does empty. and before 30 day(according rule) we cant get cylender. and whenever i used to go at indane office at neem ka thana dist- sikar to get a new connection they always says that the new connection is not open now a days. and since 01/12/2010 i am using keep continue to get a new connection indane ga officer says next months compney will notice to you by call,post or paper notice. among this period no any new connection not provided by indane to me. and i sure the indane gas distributer in neem ka thana dist-sikar (rajasthan) montu gas service uses to sell cylender in black i have a prove also. i need help . i need new connection. i strongly reccomended. make it possible othervise i will take a strong action.

I am also facing the same type of problem at the same dealer. I am always having a duplicate copy of driving license in my pocket, when they asked the ID proof, i show my license copy and they simply reject that and said, we need the original. Its a nonmeaningful. Even they didn't properly answer my questions, they says see the board (that was kept out side). I don't understand why our government give dealership to this kind of people.

dear sir,

i have taken a new commercial gas connection where in the dealer has cahrged Rs 2600 which include deposit towards cylinder Rs 1600 and for filling Rs 708 and gas tube of Rs 90 and remaing 150 rs he says towards document charges. i would like to know y this document charges is taken. pz clarify

I have applied for New connection of Indane Gas in the Name of Keya Banerjee, Vill.- Apurbapur, * - Singur, Near Hari Shava. Apllied to Singur Gas Service, Dalugacha, Singur, Code No.9199060, Hooghly. vied New Conncetion Registration [protected] dated[protected]. Running Sl No. 5495. I have have been told by dealer that it will take 2 yrs to get my connection. I am at a loss as to what to do.

Dear sir,

This is Vishal from Sultanpuri Delhi110086.I try new connection with my voter I.D.& Ration card. I enquiry in agency in Sultanpuri Delhi110086 (Gudwill gas Agency). The manager of this Agency, told me You fill the form and pay 1300(for deposit one cylinder and load), Next day they are asking around 4500/- for total package. I have allredy a gas stove (ISI Mark )and we used cylinder from our uncle because of we get ration card after two years. The Manager of the agency told me that who are purchase Gas stove.What are this cheat(they are do businees with stove not in gas), Please reply and provide new connection.

and also confirm that what would be the rate (inclusive accessories ) of the new connection.
do the needful..

I have applied for a new connection at Mata Shretla agency, old delhi gurgaon road gurgaon. Agency person called me and told that my connection is available. They ask me to come on 5th aug 2009. But when i visit them on 5th aug they refused to provide me come an any information. After that they said only agency owner will tell the information. i wait there for two hours but agency owner (Named Rajesh) has not come. i have taken the leave from office for this purpose.

Dear Sir,

When we are applying for a new connection dealer is asked to purchase the LPG Stove, Appron, Pipe and Lighter. Is this Assembely is necessary to buy from LPG Dealer.

Secondly I was applied for double Bottle Connection. But they have provide me the only one Connection and said that other wil be provided after one year. Plz let me know the procedure for same.

Next, One of my relative had already the single bottle connection and when go for changing the connection from single bottle to doble bottle Dealer has given all the accesories with charges. Is it necessary to buy.

I am looking for a new cooking gas connection since last one year but whenever I approach any distributor ,I am told that I will have to wait till the new connections are allowed.But I never get to know whenever such connections are being given , if at all.

There are two kitchens in my house but only one gas connection .When I asked an IOCL official about a new connection, he said it is "illegal" for one household to have two connections.But since my mother in law and myself stay seperately in the same house and have two kitchens, I need a separate connection.

The Indane website is not clear about (1) when and how often new connections are given (2) about the legality of having two connections in a house.

So many times i request for gas connection but every time they gave me answer that there is no stock for new connection at there end .

When I wanted a new indane gas connection and approached a dealer in Virugambakkam, the dealer agreed to give new connection but insisted that I should also buy the stove. gas light, and the apron which costs more than two thousand rupees.

Please let me know whether I should agree to buy the items that I have with me

I booked for new gas connection about one month back i.e 10/4/2010 at Lotus Indane Gas Distributor metagalli mysore 570016. still now i didn't get the connection,booking no. is [protected], if i ask at distributor they answer cylinder no stock so i didn't sent ur application.

please get me a new gas connection as soon as possible , iam waiting for ur valuable reply.

Sir,
I am residing in sankar nagar area. I went to Lalmani Gas Agency to book a new LPG connection. i got letter from there.when i went there he told me connection paper is not available.after ten days paper has come. now he is telling me new connection is closed.

Please tell me that truely booking for a new connection is closed and if it is true then how to know ? connection is open
