[Resolved]  Indane Gas New Connection Complaint — new connection denied

i had booked a new connection at maa durga indane gas service,gomti nagar, lucknow , about five months back. two months back when i visited them they told me to get a self stamped regitered envelpoe,the same was given to them. three months have passed and they have not issued any offer letter to me,despite telephonic reminders.theysay non availabilty of regulators/ cylinders . i feel as i do not want to purchase a hotplate from them, they do not want to issue me a gas connection. till date they have not even informed me the new connection booking no to me,PLEASE INTERVEVE AND HELP.
