Please provide as much information as possible...
During the financial year[protected], I have booked 1st cylinder on 16.04.2013 and delivery received on 25.04.2013. Thereafter, I have booked the 2nd cylinder on 04.06.2013 but the same has not been received. On repeated chasing, the office of the Distributor advised to book a fresh one and accordingly I booked one cylinder on 25.06.2013. On further chasing for the delivery of the 2nd cylinder, the office of the distributor informed that the same can not be sop after the fresh booking. You have to cancel then the booking. Accordingly the same was cancelled. Again on further enquiry/chasing and as there was gas for cooking and due to acute difficulties faced for cooking arrangements and as per advice of the office of the Distributor I again booked one cylinder on 17.07.2013 against which delivery was given on 22.07.2013 against cash Memo No. 11992 dated on 20.07.2013. But till date 2nd cylinder has not been delivered. Whereas from Transparency Portal of PL Gas Service, Kolkata against Consumer No. 19651 for the period from 01.04.2013 to 23.07.2013 shows that 3 cylinders have been delivered. The 2nd cylinder has been delivered on 08.06.2013. But it is reiterated that the 2nd cylinder has not been delivered physically to me on 08.06.2013.
The cylinder which was delivered on 22.07.2013 has already been exhausted. I am going to book a fresh cylinder under protest reserving the right to get the 2nd cylinder which has not yet been delivered.
In view of the above, necessary enquiry may be conducted at your end and arrange to supply the cylinder which was booked on 04.06.2013 at the earliest..
