This has refer to the subject mentioned in the captioned mail. In this regard I Anoop Sharma Resident of 1674, Brahmin Gali, Sohan Ganj, Near Kamla Nagar Delhi 110007. Wish to bring to your kind attention that we as consumer of your Gas Products since last 20 years , has following grievances from your appointed Dealer M/s LEELA GAS SERVICE 1799, Sohan Ganj, Subzi Mandi Delhi 110007.
1. We will have to wait for the delivery of Cylinders for at least Seven Days, since last two years.
2. The staff and management is not consumer friendly and always try their level best to misguide the customers.
3. They always tell customers about shortage of cylinders , where as there is always more than sufficient stock into their Warehouse.
4. They does not pick a single telecall, every time all customers has to go personally to visit their agency for small or big issues all the time, please note the bumber which enable you to try,[protected]/[protected].
5. Now a days they started harassing all existing customers to present Photo ID cards for booking cylinders.
We request you to please look into the matters and do the needful ASAP. We suggest a close monitoring of the movements of the cylinders , you will find some black marketing of the same by the mentioned agency. There is a need to audit their distribution data. Was this information helpful? |
