Indane Gas — Not got Cylinder against booking

I am having compliant for Indane Gas..My Indane Gas Booking No. is K 7738 and the distributor name is Krishna Gas Service Agra, I have done booking on Dec.13 2012 and till date we have not received cylinder, I have made the complaint on their toll free number too and the docket number is 760174 but still my problem is pending..and the people sitting at Krishna Gas Service don't pick up the call...very much frustrated with their services...govt. has increased the cost of LPG but not improved their services...
