Indane Gas — Not receiving the Gas Cylinder

Sir,

I've not received the gas cylinder till date as we've booked the same on 4th of March, booking reference no. 341310 , consumer no. 21207, kindly have a look in this matter.
On the previous month we've received the cylinder after 20 days from the booking date, as there was no discrepency while booking, we've got the booking reference no. from 54411 but when we went to our distributor they told that we've not received your booking, that was 8th of Feb. and they confirmed that we'll get the cylinder within 7-10 days.
What is the reason I don't know, but surprisingly we got the bill with the booking date of 8th feb, 2012, while the booking date as per message was 29th Jan, 2012. what is the inner problem we don't know but how long we'll suffer like this, the distributor blamed the co. & the company was blaming the distributor.
Please take care for the above issue.

Indane Gas — Gas Cylinder not receiving

We have booked our Gas through MTNL 1260 20 days back and the reference no was 13. Visited the Dealer on 24th March and he assured that we will receive the same by 25th. Till date we didn;t received. When again tried over MTNL 1260 they again booked and issued the confirmation no 71. God knows where these cylinder are going!!!!!!

We have gas connection at Bavani Agencies, Kumbakonam - Indane Gas service. Since my father has passed away,dealer requested to do name transfer. Last month of tenth, i've made booking in agency and they accepted the same. But at month last when i enquire they didnt make booking and told they will do booking only after name transfer. At 01/12/2010 i changed my name after completing all the procedures. But till date i didnt receive the gas and also not giving proper response.

really i am frustrated and suffered for their treatment and behaviour. plz take necessary action and do the needful at the earliest.
i agree with his complaint am facing a same problem here, all the GAS Agencies owner and staff's beheavier very rude . They think like a customers{people} are foolish. we need to full stop the all the non-sense and coming to proper way to get a gas on right time and right way.
