We have booked the cylinder on 15th Jan 09 and till date we have not received the same.
When we have reminded the same to our Lord Balaji Gas Agency, Egmore chennai-8. they just
say that it will be delivered today but till date we have not received the same. They also do not
pick up the phones to avoid answering. My booking token no.3245.
Please arrange to send the cylinder at very earliest and do the needful.

I am totally agree with the comment made by Mr.Tapas Das, I IOC should look in to the matter seriously.

My Consumer No 9815. I have booked my gas on 17.05.11 in Tarakeswar dealer they donot given any booking no.after that still now they donot sent any cylender to my house. when I get my cylender?
My Consumer No 1145269 and I am attached with the Indane dealer, GAS & NOVELTIES, Serampore, G.T. Road, Mahesh, Dist. Hooghly, West Bengal .I have booked a complain against Gas Leakage after closing of Cylender, few days later they send a service man to do the servicing, but after the servicing the Leakage of Gas is still very much there and today the delivery man is saying the cylender is empty due to the Leakage. I am facing this problem for the past two and half months . For a family of two one Cylender is required in every month but if this is the situation what will I do? I am an elderly lady . I can not go here and there for help but making several complain against the problem I am forced to face the situation again and again. Please take immediate and necessary step to end this problem.
please give the list of consumer on line basis because there is big crowd and actually there is no such place to see the list of all customers mainly aged persons.
My brother, a bearer of the consumer no 31866.I would like to lodge a complaint against the local Indane Distributors Gas & Novelties.The story of inordinate delay in delivery of gas cylinder has going on since the last 3 months or so. Last time, we made our booking on October 7, 2012 with a booking reference no. 608912 and we are yet to receive our cylinder although we have been informed that the cash memo 11016 has been generated on 10/11/2012 via an sms. Indane Gas — Inordinate delay every month
Our gas connection number is 43477Name :- Bhavani Prasad
Agency :- Cauvery Gas
Address:- KR Puram, Bangalore
Every month the booking is not taken on time. Finally after the booking is taken, it takes more than 10 - 15 days for delivery, Next month, the delivery date is taken into account by the agency (not the booking date) for next month's fresh booking. The cylinder lasts on an average for 22 days and every month, we are forced to buy the cylinder from open market for 3 times the price, which I am sure agencies like these would sell it to outsiders rather than giving it on time to the genuine customers.
This has been happening for quite some time now. When questioned, the tele attenders of the agency speak rudely.
Request the concerned to take a severe action against such agencies and help the grieved consumers
