We had booked for a refill on 29th August 2008 and waited for the supply till we were completely out of gas on 7th October tired of repeated calls to the agency I went to their office after checking the position in their system the person told me that the gas has already been supplied on 5th October. We denied since that was not true. We waited till 13th October and when I was at their office again I saw many angry men and woman shouting at the employees after explaining my pleas the lady called the supply man he said by mistake he had supplied my cylinder to some other home. By this time every thing was clear to me but to be more sure I saw my neighbor who was also in the similar situation I insisted that he asked for the bill date which was 30th September. That afternoon i got the cylinder but there was no bill we said no payment if there is no bill desperately he called many numbers and left without collecting the money. Till this time he has not come back for the money. Friends can you guess whats wrong??? Always ask for the bill and also check the date of the bill and also the name of the consumer somebody else might take your place in the bill. The complaint nos. for the gas supply (a mobile no. and a land line) was continuously ringing but no body picked up.. by seeing the peoples reaction at the office I believe the officers were quite busy.

it is every where the sanganer gas agency is always supply below weight gas and the office staff and delivery man are not polite and are rude to the consumer Rajesh narayan SGA 2123
