1. On 17 June 2011, we booked one gas cylinder.
2. Currently, on checking in the system the cylinder is shown to be 'Delivered on July 30th'. However, we have not received the it, and the same can be verified on the pass book.
3. On August 04, 2011 (today), we visited the nearby Dealer/Distributor and were shocked by the behavior and response of representative Mr.Sushant. According to him:
a) it is our fault for trying to book through SMS system.
b) it is non of his concern if we receive the gas or not.
4. Seeing such a pathetic situation of customer 'care', we asked him for the HO Address. Hoping that the issue can be resolved there.
Mr.Sushant refused to give the HO Address.
It is anybody's guess that the cylinder in our name has been misused or sold in black by the dealer. The same is evident from what follows.
He started shouting on top of his voice and his words were "What kind of a customer are you if you don't know the HO?"
He threatened to throw me and my mother out of the shop if we did not leave immediately.
Even when my mother tried to calm him down, he disrespected her and said "You keep your teaching to whichever college you are. This is my shop and I will do as I wish!"
I will not go further into the ensuing debate, as it does not behoove of me to write the language, tone and tenor used by Mr.Sushant. Due to such 'dadagiri', I am not sure if I will receive any further deliveries from Indane!
I have written to Executive Director, State LPG Chief and Area Manager. Will remind them everyday. Will update the response.
