sir i have a gas connection of indane gas from domestic gas service i found a fake connection is also on my add on the name of dilip kumar agrawal but when i go to my wander and tell this problem to him but he cant take any action on this may be these things are happening by his help my address is L/6-N-32 SECTOR N1 ALIGANJ LKO

Indane Gas — Unattended registration/Non-Delivery

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have a LPG connection (No: 22759) with Vijayakumar Agencies, Pammal Chennai - 600 075. Last month, 20th September 2010 I have booked a cylinder. But unfortunately till date I have not received the same. When I asked them over phone, today, they told "give your number we have to book only by today". When I enquired that I have already booked the cylinder? they told no registration had made.

See how brilliant they are working. They always have a chat with their colleague inside the office and that is why they have forgotten to book it. Now I am in need of cylinder immediately.

One fine day when I was there in the office, two lady staff talking about their dishes and home matters without attending the phone. After a while, when they are ready to attend the phone the phone got disconnected. Whether work is important or chatting?

Nowadays the service offered by them is becoming very worst. Kindly look upon the matter and do the needful, please.

It is deeply regretted that inspite of repeated request and personal approach the agency is not delivering the LPG cylinder booked for more than one and half months inspite of sufficient stock. On querry it was learnt that due to vehicle problem running on the route they are finding trouble to load the LPG on that route. It seems that when then vehicle owner agrees then only they will be in a position to supply. Such foul play is on going at RANI GAS SERVICE,SITAPUR(U.P.). Kindly please advise me

the indane gas agency mehak gas is harraising the customers 1.The cylinder is booked after 21 days and not delivered even 20 days of booking.. 2 .Phone not attended for booking and any complaint.it is deficult for ladies and old persons to go to agency office again and again.the proper date of delivery not given to customers .i booked my cylinder on21/10/2010 but not delivered till 10/11/2010.my customer no.9086 and booking no.6003.

i am the consumer of Indane Gas for LPG Gas cylinder

I book my cylinder on 24/01/2010 by online on tomogas my booking no. is 800
after so many days passed i complain on [protected] on 3-1-2011 my complaint no. is 88037 for not delivered my gas cylinder .

after complain Gemini agency not delivered my gas cylinder than I directly go to the Gemini office and complain the matter than they assure me that gas cylinder will be provide in 2-3 days but they not deliver gas cylinder to till date.

our booking area comes AJIT INDIAN we book our gas on [protected] , on date 05 /02 /2011. and the last time we recive gas clinder date 15 /01/2011. and they didnt deliver our gas to us . we face this type of problem everytime
we talk to m/s ajit indian. that we say the dn"t recieve gas. they say we have delived we dnt undearstand where our gas clinder goes it might goes to black market . plz inquery my clinder and inform mee . my mobile no .[protected]

Indane Gas Dealer — Non Delivery of LPG cylinder

Dear Sir,
I wish to bring toyour kind attention that the delivery of LPG Cykinders through ur dealer M/s Meera Gas Agency, gutaiya Kanpur is irregular and delayed. My consumer no. is 860 A and I booked the gas on March 7, 2011, but have nt received the refikked cylinder till March 22,2011. There is no responce to the phone calls made at the agency and if there is an answer it is always in the negative that is there no stock that there is a shortage of cooking gas, There is no responce on the toll free no.

Dear Sir,
I have booked my cylender as on 01/03/2010 with flame gas, bikaner.My consumer no is 45237. The last supply made to me on 27/12/2010.After many follow up cylinder in not being delivered.
Kindly look in to the matter and make arrange to display the schedule of booking & supply to ensure the delivery in proper time and to restrain the dealership torchering the custmors and their bad behaviour.

Indane gas lpg cylinder — NON SUPPLY OF LPG CYLINDER EVEN AFTER BOOKING

Sir,
I am having LPG cylinder consumer No. 6192 at LPG Distributor, Widows Welfare Association, VPT Visakhapatnam, Distributor Code No. 125542. I booked my cylinder on 21/03/2011 but still awaited. I approached the Gas Distribution office several times, but they did not provide the LPG cylinder.

i have booking dated 8/12/11 booking no 220628 my consumer no 2361. 30 days goes but gas not delivered my home.i have three time complane for our gas agency phulwarisarif but gas not delivered to me.

With reference to above please note that myself is a valid consumer of Indane Gas having consumer No. 1478 of Sri Baba Viswanath
Indane Gas Service, 2/130/1, Sahityanaka, Golaghat, Ramnagar, Varanasi having distributor code No. 246551.

In this connection please note that I had booked LPG on 25.01.2013 vide their Cash Memo No. 8574 but it was yet not delivered to
my registered Address. When I asked concerned Trolly Man regarding delivery on 30.01.2013 he replied that your aforesaid Cash
Memo had been cancelled and advice me to rebook for other cylinder.

I want to share some facts about non delivery of cylinders i.e. the Trollymen are asking for Rs.20/- to Rs.30/- extra towards delivery
charges when I protested against such practice they threatened me that if you will not pay the extra amount we could not deliver the
cylinder to you, Also the said Trollymen asking me to collect cylinder after paying Rs.440/- instead of Rs. 419/- from 100 Meter away
from my residence. How it is possible with lady members of any family to collect cylinder weighing 28 to 30 kgs. from 100 Meter away
from their residence, also please note that almost all Trollymen are without their weighing balance.

When I contacted and complaint to the aforesaid Agency they also supported their Trollymen and ask me to to pay Rs. 20/- extra
to them towards delivery charges because they are collecting from all consumers, so why you could not pay the same.

Therefore, I request please look into the matter and advice the said Agency not to harass their valid consumers in future.

Dear sir / Madam my consumer number is 5245. i have online booking cylinder dated on 22.01.2015 but not respons distrubiter or agancis.

Your indane gass agency[protected], vijay gass agency, villupuram) is not deliverd correct time. there is taking more time . but cylinder load is there . please rectify.
