[Resolved]  Indane Gas — problem in booking through IVRS System

Indane Gas — problem in gas booking.

I am based in Coimbatore and the consumer of Indane Gas and our agent is M/s.Chintahmani. We are trying to book for cylinder over phone for the past 1 week.The phone is found ringing contiuously and
the call get diverted atfer some time.This is happening everytime when we try to book the gas cylinder and we are going there personally and booking.

Kindly look into this and please see that calls are attended.

I regret to inform you that I am having only one cylinder vide consignment no. BS 22886 (Booking No. 288 dated 2.2.2009) when they booked over the phone simply mentioned after 21 days you are getting the cylinder. Even single cylinder also they are saying just like as a Tape recorder message. I am surprising to note that today again I called up and asked about the status… they called up and said that within 21 days you are getting whether you are having One Cylinder, Spare or others….. Even if you are not having spare cylinder also we have to wait… they suggested use proper level instead of assisting…. We know what is what? They simply hired to Commercial / other officials instead Customers…. If customer is asking the status …. They don't; bothered….. they are having only one message i.e. after 21 days your cylinder should reach in your home… thatx it… This is for your information.



With regard to single cylinder //// at least 10 days required instead 21 days???? ///////// Please expedite…. Finally our agency phone nos. are always busy…. I am trying no. of times…. I had applied spare cylinder long time back, though I did;t get any information……



Please instruct to concerned department and not to do this in future ….. I am also working as a good position….. ofcourse they are working in Indian Oil Co. So what???? We are also working…. atleast politeness is required….

Indane Gas — problem in gas booking

I am a connection holder of indane gas from last 4 years, under the barrackpur gas services in barrackpur .My consumer no is 23459 in the name of Sk Asgar.
On 4th feb I booked a request for a cylinder.They informe me that after 11 days it will be delivered.
But on 17th feb when I call them regarding the booking, they told me that no booking is made by you.

So kindly enqury it & take the neccery action to solve the problem I would be obliged to you.

Indane Gas — Not supplying cylinder after 7 days i booked by IVRS system.

I have nto receieve gasl cylinder (Indane) after 7 days i have booked by IVRS. My mobile No. [protected]. I try to book with agency but telephone is not working properly, either not connected or not picked by the person at there in office.

for the last two days i have been trying to book a cylinder. i have made numerous calls but not successful.Think of the less literate people. pse make user friendly and not telephone cos friendly.
