I’m an Indane domestic customer with consumer no. 971 under the distributor ‘Kishor Krishna Indane’. I booked for refilling on 11/01/2013. I was notified on 31/01/2013 via SMS about the cancellation of the booking. Why is there so late to cancel the booking? Why is no cause shown in support of cancellation?
The average time of delivery of a refill is 20 days here (Is not it amazing?). Thus I have already costs 20 days due to cancellation. Yesterday (31/01/2013) I have booked again with booking no. 395412. I’m afraid if it takes more than 7 days to be delivered! How can I manage?
To my surprise, I came to know through Indane Customer Care, that my distributor (Kishor Krisna Indane) is suspended though Indane has not informed about it to their customers! What a business such guys are practising! Should there not be any administrative actions against it? I believe the website/forum is meant for that. My new distributor as I came to know, is P. L.
