[Resolved] Indane Gas — booking of refills

Sir,
i would like to know if the booking of a refill of domestic gas cylinders for dbc holders is after 21 days of delivery. The gas agency here i.e. M/S Robertsganj Gas Agency takes about a week to 10 days to deliver a refill and that too a customer has to go to there godown which is 3-4 kms away it is very difficult to get the delivery as one has to take leave from work. They also do not offer 'cash & carry' rates to consumers. Please look into the matter and please let us know the rule position for booking.

is in market it is very difficult to get the delivery as one has to
take leave from work. They also do not offer 'cash & carry' rates
to consumers. Please look into the matter and please let us know the
rule position for booking. Details- gas booking date 5-3-2014 but till date not received...
