[Resolved]  Indane Gas — rudrapur gas service badarpur not give home delivery

My consumer no. 20907. I booked the gas on 11 oct 2010 from rudrapur gas service rudrapur uttrakhand , but as on 27.10.10 I am not received the cylinder yet,
When I contacted the concerned person he asked that I will get it after 15 days & can not give home delivery.
Agency not give home delivery .
Pls look into this at earliest & hoping that strict action will be taken against this complaint positively
