[Resolved]  Indane Gas Services — delay in delivery of refill

Abnormal delay in LPG supplies!
Dear Sir

My father is a consumer having C.No-27322- of 'Ashoka Gas Service' ,near S.B.I. bank ,mohaddipur, gorakhpur,u.p. -. It is their rule/practise that a new cylinder booking is registered after 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practise ,we booked for new refill on 17/4/2012 . and the refill was delivered after a month on 15/5/2012. That is lead time will stood as -21 days + 30 = 51 days. It is very unfortunate to note that a fresh cylinder can be recieved after after 51 days. I do not know how a family can manage its cookings by a cylinder for 51 days. I want to bring this to the notice of appropriate indane authorities for looking into the matter.

i am cosumer of indane gas cosumer nosi-131,refill order date 9/7/10 & 1621 but i can't rec. yet day . i also keep feedback to iocl reg. no-34246. But no any responce by iocl & area distributor M/S BHAWANI INDANE , SUPAUL

SUNSHINE INDANE SERVICE — DELAY IN DELIVERY

I HAVE BOOKED FOR A GAS CYLINDER ON 2ND OCT 2010.TILL NOW(03/11/10) I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE CYLINDER, EVEN THOUGH PEOPLE BOOKED AFTER ME RECIEVED THE SAME. ON ENQUIRY IT WAS REVEALED THAT THE GAS IS BEING SOLD TO THE PRIVATE ESTABLISHMENTS ON HIGHER RATES. ANY EXPLANATION WHY I SHOULD NOT APPROACH THE JUDICIARY?

in our area MANISHA GASS SERVICE provides gass cylinder & our Consumer no is 54051 which is booked on 6th JULY 2011 & booking no. is 2167. on the name of MANMOHAN SINGH Add- is H.no- 46 Indra puram colony , opp. B.D.A. colony Kargena Bareilly.

Pls do needful as soon as possible b'coz we are facing this problem since long time.

Indane Gas Service — delivery of refill

Sir,
. I have book for riffil one month ago. Cylender is not delivered till now. Every time I am facing this type of problem from ambesh gas service at alwar in Rajasthan. Gas agency will very careless and irresponssible.
Last time they demanding money for the cylender.
Please take necessary action to save the reputation of company.
