We are not allowed to book new refill within 21 days from date of supply of last refill,and the agency does not deliver new refill not within 10 days after booking.The staff working are arrogant and inconsiderate.My number is 6343. Sir, i am a customer of Indane gas agency for last 10 years.Sir, 02 nos of gas connection has been alloted in favour of myself and my wife, my wife connection has been blocked and the manager told to surrender the connection, we asking the reason thay become aggrasive, as my family is of 06 adult and 03 childrens. Andr my gas cylinder came to my home in 45 days, as my family is of 06 members i am facing much difficulties to fulfill the neads of family.
How can i overcame of such types of problems, is there is anyone upon the gas agencies, or customes should suffer in the same manner.

i am a holder of gas connection no d 12163 of dubey gas agency agra vaishali enclave dayal bagh agra-282005. i booked a gas refill on dt 15/11/10 but gas refill not supply us till date. i lodged two complaints on dt 4/12/2010 & 11/12/2010
