Dear Sir/Mam,
I am a decent customer of your firm. My Consumer number is VK14070. Earlier I had made complaint against a short gas service provided by your delivery boy. At that time there was no action against accused. That’s why he dared again and delivered a cylinder without checking, also later when I weighed it I have found that again it is short by three kg. During the process I was not present at my home, so I don’t have a number and the name of that bloody whosoever it is. This time my booking date was April 14, 2011 and booking number was 7303. However, I have got my gas on April 20, 2011. So Now you tell me about the necessary steps to get out of this problem or what should I do against such corrupt workers. It’s humbly request you to kindly have a look into the matter and give me relief on time by the mean of Alteration. Hope you would take an immediate action against defaulter , and this time you will penalize him with necessary punishment which brings honesty among your staff .Moreover please intimate me about the status of my case by any fastest mean like sending me email id, phone call etc. Hope there is some major action against the complaint.
