Indane Gas — NON BOOKING AND SUPPLY AND RUDE ATTITUDE
I HAD BOOKED FOR A REFILL FROM MR.SHEELA AGENCY, BANGALORE, ON 12TH OF DECEMBER 2008 AT 11:15 AM. WHEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFILL EVEN BY 16TH, WHEN ENQUIRED IT WAS BOOKED AGAIN. WHEN THE REFILL WAS RECEIVED EVEN BY 18TH DECEMBER 2008. ENQUIRED ON 18TH AT 6.00 PM, MR.VIJAY, MANAGER, IN CHARGE HAD TOLD ME RUDELY THAT I HAVE TO SHIFT TO SOME OTHER AGENCY, AND ALSO SAID THAT HE DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY CUSTOMER AT ALL.IS THIS THE WAY, IOC CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED BY THESE AGENCIES.
I HAD BOOKED FOR A REFILL FROM JAI JAWAN GAS SERVICE, DELHI (DWARKA), ON 5TH OF JANUARY, 2009 AT 12:15 AM. WHEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFILL EVEN BY 16TH, WHEN ENQUIRED IT WAS BOOKED AGAIN. THEY SAID "UPAR SE GAS NAHI AAI RAHA HAI" O
IS THIS THE WAY, IOC CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED BY THESE AGENCIES.

I, Bhupesh Kumar Yadav, is your consumer having consumer no. KE 2653 with your distributor M/s Bakson Gas Service. It has been a practice of M/s Bakson Gas Service not to pick up phones, to put phones on hold, to avoid booking, to take out the print outs of booking nos. at 1260 from Internet on delay basis. All this shows their determination towards a poor supply to their customer. You want cyl. in 10 days you have to visit their off. and collect the booking no. You may also have to visit them again in case you don't get the supply within 10 days because of above said problems.
Sir, this has reference to my earlier complaint on 28/11/08 for the same problem. With your support I received the cylinder with in 2 days that time and I was assured that strong action would be taken in case I face the same problem. This time after a lot of dialing we could able to book the cylinder on 4th Jan. 2009 on telephone. I did not receive any cylinder against this. Again we booked the same on 25/11/08 at 1260 our booking no. was given 5. Again I did not receive the same. I visited their office on 30/11/09. One lady on the booking counter told me that as their Internet was not working they could take out the print outs of the booked nos. on 28/01/09 so your booking has been considered of 28/11/09 and your booking nos. is 10868. Your cylinder would be sent within next 10 days as we could not supply even of the 20/01/09 bookings. I was suggested by that lady to get my registration no. transfered to some other distributor point as they have more than 20000 customers. Sir Kindly suggest me that transferring my gas regn. no. will improve the service of M/s Bakson Gas Service? Sir, should I always be a sufferer because I brought to your notice the information about the poor service of M/s Bakson Gas Service? Should I always make a monthly complaint to you? Is this the solution sir? Kindly suggest me.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and please investigate this at your level and give me justice for the same.

I am in trichy in tamilnadu state. Iwent your indane gas dealer (lakshmi gas agencies, woraiyur, trichy) regarding for new gas connection.the dealer said for new connection gives only with gas stove.amount
Rs.3800/. Alredy i have stove, Why i am purachse another stove.You give authourise to your dealer for gas selling dealer or gas stove selling dealer.

Indane Gas — Non Supply of Gas Cylinder, Black Marketing & rude behaviour
I am harassed by the service provider of Indane GAS, since last 4 months . We have to spend 10-15 days without gas in spite of having two cylinders . Facing the following problems regularly :I am living in Kanpur - Uttar Pradesh and your agent's agency name is - Chakeri Gas Service, 222, SADANAND MARG, AHIRVAAN, G.T.Road, Kanpur.
I am putting this complaint according to my booking of cyl. on 10/10/2009. My customer number is 4974 and booking number was 78 on that day.
Please look in matter and do needful for following:
1. Very much delay on GAS service . Took almost 20 - 25 days for Gas supply from the date of booking. After delivering one cylinder they normally take 30 days for booking of next cylinder.
2. The telephone line is always engaged & normally have to go physically for Gas booking / any other query.
3. The behavior & attitude of service provider (booking clerk) is very very rude and they are challenging customers telling the customers to do whatever they want to do and they openly tell consumers that they would make alterations - change booking date in-case of any query.
4. Making Cylinders non available to customers for 20-25 days duration after booking date and asking/forcing customers to buy cylinder in black @ 500.
5. Now a days marriage season is running so your valuable agent is supplying cylinder in black and its proven by many customer on them but they said you can do whatever you can. By this you and your agent making money but what about us, who is your permanent customer.
Is this the " Indane Gas " treats its customers? I have never faced such harassment from any supplier like this before. Additionally, would request for a stern action against this defaulter - Gas distribution agency.

I have requested for a cylinder on 16/1/2010,stil i haven't received any yet. No body is picking the phone.. whoever picks they are telling the conumer no doesnt exist.Its very urgent issue .kindly do the needful.

I am sending this mail on behalf of the people residing in Baktha nagar, periyakurichi, neyveli. Here for the above mentioned area we are not getting proper Gas supply. There is no proper action taken by the manager for the complaints given by these area people. we are properly doing the registration before 15 days and we are having proper proof. The local supplier are not giving respect to the customer during the enquiry about gas supply. these local suppliers charging too much of money and not giving proper billing for supplying gas . The following complaints are
1. Not giving proper Gas supply
2. Rude Behavior
3. Charging Too much price than the market price.(370 Rs/gas)
4. Selling in Black market
5. Not taking proper action over the complaints
6. no Proper Response system.
7. No proper maintenance
8. Poor management over the workers
For above mentioned complaints we are having proper proof. so i Request you sir to take immediate action over these for the welfare of our people. I hope you will take necessary action to replace this existing Gas services, If you want any additional information, we are ready to produce officially. I have mentioned the local gas supply address below.

Indane Gas — rude behaviour and black on gas cylinders
this is to state that shakti enterprises, hari nagar CT n d-64, is very rude in behaviour towards clients and moreover their supply persons are actively engaged in Blaack marketing of cylinders @ Rs450/ per cylinder.
