Bharat gas-Revathi Agencies — Very poor service and not to take any connetion thru this agency
Bharat Gas service with Revathi Agencies is very poor and they deliver the cylender after 30 days of booking .I had a bad experience with this agency over 2 years. Other agencies of Bharat gas across hyderabad are good in delevring cylenders within 3 days. But Revathi agencies solds cylinders in Block Market and they will not deliver the cylendera to the right customer.
Please take action against this agency as many people are suffering with sa, e service from this agency.

Revathy Gas Agency — Cylinder not Delivering promptly
Regarding : Revathy Gas Agency Not delivering the gas promptlyHi,
My name is R.Padmanaban, Customer ID : 31644
Cylinder was booked more than one month back but still not able to get
new cylinder.
When gone to office and asked them reply was door locked ( Three times )
First time door locked okay acceptable. More than two times door locked unacceptable.
When asked the cylinder delivering guy regarding this he was telling to contact the office.
Office number : 22771800 , 22771801 , 22771802 continously tried more than 100 times but no use.
Indane Gas -Sri Revathi Gas Agency, Medavakkam is the most WORST in terms of customer service. We have been using Indane for more than 25 years in various parts of Chennai like Adyar, Mylapore, Thiruvanmiyur etc. None of the Gas agency was like this Sri Revathi Gas Agency.
Leave alone new gas connection, once you get the connection also, even to get a refill they make you call 100 times and they dont send the gas cylinders promptly.
May times we have suffered with empty cylinders.
Each time you call them, their number is always busy. after 2 to 3 days of repeated trying I once got ring but they did not pick. I went to office and was shocked to see them putting all phone receivers down to avoid phone calls. We cannot go to their office everytime for new cylinders right. WORST service ever by Indane agency.

This is very true.For refilling the cylinder also, we are facing lot of issues. They are not delivering on time. Even Indane is announced that no need to wait for 21 days to book for the next cylinder, these people are not accepting that. I am waiting for more than 45 days for the refill. This is the worst service from Revathy gas agency and not by Indane. Also the delivery boys are demanding for Rs.30 as a tip to deliver the cylinder. I raised many complaints about this to the agency, but whenever I am calling, they said, will take actions, thats all.. After that no action...
I have been trying to book gas for past 15 days through the telephone nos.[protected], 802 & 800 printed in your deposit voucher. There was no response at your end. We get the following message .

When ever i need to book, it would be a big battle with them. They won't lift call at all. there by what happening is "number is busy" comes frequently as if one customer is calling it will be rining.. Other customer who is calling vl get "number is busy" which makes 2nd person to feel agency ppl are talking with some other customer.. This is very bad..

Sri Revathi gas, medavakkam, chennai — Not attend call
Their lines are always busy, even if it rings no one picks up the phone. We have to try very very hard to get their lines and when they pick up.If this is the case then how can the phone lines be busy for hours to gether.this is my first gas refill.
Revathi gas agency very very worst customer service.

can something be done on this gas agency? this is WORST agencies i've seen in my life. i applied in july and i got the letter in january. when we went, they said we need to buy a new gas stove.as we got a stove as gift, we said we have one. they charged 250 for inspection and that person never came.so we called the agencies so many times and finally that person came and noted we already have a connection. it was my aunts connection we borrowed to manage at home. we also bought e-Stove mean time as an alternate to gas connection. now im stuck. they are saying why am i using my aunts cylinder. i dont know what to do or where to complain. i told them they said while applying the gas connection it will take 2 months but it took more than 6 months we have no other option for cooking. REVATHI GAS AGENCIES should be closed if their level of service is like this.
indane GAS Agency medavakkam — irregular supply
we have booked the gas filling, almost 40 days it takes to deliver why? total carelessness and lethargic attitude of Medvakkam Agency of Indian OIL. They are saying that delivery boy is absent for one month.Sri Revathy Gas Agency — The worst service
I booked a cylinder on 21st april n the billing was done on 28th april.....The worst thing is that v havent received the cylinder till date and when ever I call them , they either dont pick up or a busy tone comes every time. I went and met them twice personally but still no there is no response from their side..We r seriously helpless now and we dont have any ideas on what are we supposed to after this.......... Sri Revathi Gas Agency, Medavakkam is the very very worst service. I got a message "Cylinder will be delivered shortly" from them one week before. But Still they have not delivered cylinder. I went to gas agency directly and enquired many times. They said we will deliver it in a day. But till now we have not received cylinder. Whenever calling to them, they are not picking phone now a days. Since most o[censored]s are working employees, we cannot go and ask them directly every day. So telephonic enquiry is must. Bharath gas has excellant customer service.
This is the worst indane gas agency as far i have seen, delivery is delayed all the time, and even the delivery boys were very calculative, and when ever i get the new refill, i need to raise for the valve issue, and this happened not only a single time but more than 6 times as of now. And the gas agency doesn't care of this attidtude too, and i am thinking as they all having a deal over this.
because for one time valve issue 100 ruppes they are charging. 440 + 100 = 540 . Extra 100 ruppes for them, har earned money is going for this potholes.

Since August 2016 to February 2018 I have not received the subsidy payment for gas cylinders delivered to my home. I checked with bank and reported to Indane Consumer complaint also. The bank says to report the same to Gas Distributor Sri Revathy Gas agency, Medavakkam. My consumer No. 30291. Mrs. Latha Murali

Revathi Bharat Gas Agency — Cylinder not delivered after 3 weeks
My Cust no is 25879.I booked the gas with Revathi agency Hafizpet more than three weeks ago.But it has not been delivered yet.I have been trying their number but either its busy or no one picks up the phone.This is simply frustrating for the customers, we waste lot of our time..Ultimately these people force us to spread bad word about thme selves..
